Regular visitors to The Tour of Mull will be familiar with this immaculate un-arched Escort RS2000. Never a crew to shy from the challenge; Dave and Paul can usually be seen attacking the stages across the island roads flat-out! The crew have set some impressive stage times during recent years and are always a big hit with the spectators. The Teams best result on Mull to date is 9th O/A in 2005, after which the crew also received the ‘Best Entertainer’ award.
Driver · Dave Hopwood
Dave has been competing in rallying on and off for the last 17 years with a mixture of cars and crews, and since partnering with Paul in 2000 has had some impressive results on Mull, with the best finish to date 9th Overall and 2nd in Class on the 2005 event. Dave works for Allied Bakeries and any spare time he has is spent looking for that next "Tweak" on the rally car.

Paul started competing in road rallies in 1998 before moving on to stage rallies in 2000. Currently enjoying the challenge of Mull, in particular the pace notes. Paul currently works for Siemens in the Electronics Industry.
