Dave Miller and Andy Bailey have been familiar faces on the Tour of Mull for many years and have worked hard to attain some fantastic finishes. The pair have entertained crowds for over a decade in various cars and their best finish to date is 5th O/A. Although now contesting the event in Subaru’s, regulars will remember their immaculate Mk II Escort BDA.

Co-founder of Autotec, Dave has been rallying since the early 80's. Starting in a 1300 MkII Escort in the East Midlands Road Rally Championship then on to a 2.0 Escort and the Motoring News Road Rally Championship. More Escorts followed for Mull and they now compete in a Subaru Impreza.

Andrew also a co-founder of Autotec started rallying at the same time as Dave, but took the drivers seat in his earlier years. Their first paring was for the East Midlands Championship. Now in their 15th year together on Mull their best result to date is a 5th O/A.

Engine: Open class built by Autosportif on 34mm restrictor based on STi v5 producing over 300 bhp on Carless fuel and Gems ECU. Radtec front mounted intercooler Radtec alloy radiator, competition exhaust and downpipe. Running gear: 1999 Type-R 180mm 4.4/1 diff big hubs/drive shafts. Transmission: Teg-sport 5 speed straight cut dog box. ATB front diff 4.4/1 ratio. Suspension: Fully adjustable modified arms, Proflex 3-way adjustable struts and springs. Brakes: Big 4-pot AP front / Type R rear. Other: Stack Instrumentation, 5 point harnesses, Magnum seats, Bonnet and bumper mounted spot lights, vertical hydraulic handbrake, Radtec Alloy boot mounted fuel tank swirl pot assembly.
